Scott : I've observe the same thing :
- The numeric pad displays shapes
- The regular number display the number correctly

my one year old can now count to ten because of this program - but is confused terribly when she uses the numeric keypad and 1,2,3 doesnt produce 1,2,3

The ten-key portion of a standard keyboard shows shapes, the regular numbers are fine.
